Distribution days are Wednesdays from 11 to 1 p.m. and Fridays from 1-3 p.m. Pantry office is open T-F @ 8am for calls and new client registration. Please get registered as a client BEFORE coming for food.  There are requirements in order to receive food.

If you are picking up food on Wednesday please have online form filled out by Monday. If you are picking up on Friday, please have this filled out by Wednesday. There is an online order form link below for your convenience. There is also a link on our Facebook page.  If clients do not have access or prefer not to order online, they may receive a standard box of food.  If you are in need of emergency food assistance while we are closed, please call 715-627-1818.

When you arrive at the pantry for distribution, please stay in your vehicle. 

If you are looking to drop off donations, there is someone at the pantry by 8 a.m. T-F unless there are extenuating circumstances. Mornings are the best time to bring donations as there is a crew of volunteers who can help unload/intake them. Distribution days are also good days to drop donations off as there are volunteers here through the afternoon. If we miss you, we apologize! We appreciate every donation we receive!

Online order forms for food will be posted on Friday or Saturday for the following week.

Your order must be submitted by midnight on MOnday for Wednesday pick up or Wednesday by midnight for Friday pick up. if it’s submitted after that, you will receive a standard box for your household size.

If schools are closed due to weather, the pantry also closes! In some circumstances, even if the schools aren’t closed, the pantry may close for the safety of our staff, volunteers and clients. Please check our Facebook page, Channel 9 or Channel 7 for alerts.
